3. Offer and Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is provided together with acceptance of the order immediately after submission through an automated email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
5. Payment
Payment is made optionally by

If you select advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment is received. For payment by cash on delivery, additional fees charged by the courier will apply. Credit card charges are processed upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address you specified. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
