Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Smagro GmbH, Neue Str. 98, 99869 Nessetal, E-Mail: info@smagro.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you – except delivery costs and return shipping costs, provided there are no demonstrable defects – without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless there is a demonstrable defect in the delivered goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods

that are no longer in original packaging, opened or no longer resalable for hygienic reasons,
where a return is claimed due to lack of effect,
that are products where color or odor variations may occur within reasonable limits and are typical for the product.
